Do any of you listen to music while racing. If so what kind of muaic, fast beat or summat relaxing.. Trying to think of ways to block out distractions around me but still concentrate on whats happening on track.

I used it for a while 
found it useful for getting back into th groove when I messed up.
As for what I was listening to… not my usual music lol…. tried a few, these 3 worked best for me

Find it best with some headphones / earbuds with passthrough/transparency feature so can still hear whats going on around me, but can stll hear the beat
Been and got sone bone conducting earphones so can hear everything around me, trued em out mountain biking other day.

Very good to be fair. Kind of sounds like the music is coming from behind you. Proper test tonight whilst on a rostrum.
I bought a cheap set to test… but failed miserably by choosing a set so cheap they werent worth testing lol

These are the ones i went for. Deffo not cheap but fallen for the buy cheap n bin cos dont work a few times

I used AirPods in transparency mode at the weekend, worked enough to hear the timer but focus a little more. I second the euro beat recommendation
