Its not a secret, im kinda addicted to storage solutions, which is a bit of a mystery if you ever saw the mess my unit is usually in, but i do.
With the recent purchase of a 3d printer i have started making stuff to help with my pit box organisation.
So far i have made a few things, and im thinki g about making the fules available for personal use in a supporter section on the forum, but thats by the by. I thought i wod post up a couple.
Heres my current piston storage card.
I colour code my pistons for size of holes, and the card has the sizes printed into it. The card is double sided, so i put pistons with 2 holes on one side, and 3 holes on the other. Its tidied up my piston storage quite a bit

The next bit that has been bugging me is suspension pills. The PR comes with 2 different sizes, smaller ones for the arm inner pivots, and on the 2 wheeldrive some larger ones in the hubs, these are the 2 cards I designed and printed to hold them all tidy for me
The pills just push into the card and are held quite snugly,
All 3 cards have the same footprint as a credit card.

Loving your work. I’ve never changed a suspension piston from kit in my life
they all remain in the box the car came in.
The pills I do change
This one has been in development a while, i keep changing the configuration
All 3d printed , including the logos, just gotta love multi colour printing
Idea is to carry all tuning parts for 1 car, inc spare diffs, shocks, spurs, pills , pistons, springs etc.
The springs clip into place so dont spill.ot when closing/ opening the box
Not quite there, gonna do another re-arrange

Absolutely love these
. I’m the same, I like to have everything in it’s place, all nice and tidy and try to find things that are nice and compact. Always on Temu looking for little storage boxes lol.
Great work.
working on something a little tidier, witht he picking up of an XB2 on the weekend, re-sized the piston hlder card a little to hold their 13.2mm pistons, and started on a little folding card thingy for the pills, hub height adjusters, caster blocks and diff height adjusters.
Going modular with the inserts to go in the boxes… a few done so far… motor, diff, servo, esc… although esc needs more work
